REEL CUTTER is a free, browser-based video editing tool. It allows users to load video files, trim/cut videos using a visual timeline, add text watermarks, and export the edited videos in various formats. All processing occurs locally within the user's browser; no video data is transmitted to our servers.

3 — Permitted Use

You may use REEL CUTTER for personal, commercial, and educational purposes, provided that:

• You only process video files that you own or have the legal right to edit.
• You comply with all applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any video you trim and export complies with copyright law. REEL CUTTER processes files locally in your browser and has no ability to monitor or review the content of your files. Do not use REEL CUTTER to infringe upon the copyright of others.

6 — Disclaimer of Warranties

REEL CUTTER is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.
